I hope you’ve been having a good week so far.
Here are a few things I’ve loved this week:

A Picture:

After four weeks apart, we’re all back together! (Including Bébé, Ava’s doll, who she is alarmingly obsessed with.)

It’s funny to me that I can’t imagine four weeks away from her (Ava, not Bébé), and yet I’d somehow assumed it wasn’t such a big deal for him… It definitely was. 🤍

A Poem

I came across Wilson’s Revenge this week - a collection of poems by an author from Oklahoma who goes by the pseudonym Wilson.

He started writing at sixty, and kept at it for twenty-four years. He is now eighty-four and decided to publish his work anonymously.

There are so many that I could have shared here, I love them all.

Some Natural Perfection:

These poppies are in my mum’s garden, and every time I see them, I can’t believe how perfectly formed and beautiful poppy seedheads are. I wish I could paint them… (maybe I will try…)
